The City of Chico has installed red parking meters specifically for those that want to donate to help the "homeless."  Now when approached you have the option of saying you donate to the meters.  But I still like to reply to the downtown beggars by having a Tourette's Syndrome attack at the top of my lungs.     

Shameless twits not really in need muddying the water for people who need help. Totally dishonorable.

This is not worth it in my opinion...this is how you end up on the news not for holding a sign, but for getting stabbed by tweakers.   It could be one of those times when keeping it real goes wrong.  Just saying, who knows what kind of crackheads he's dealing with.  I know he's trying to warn others, but for the $10, 20 dollars those kids might collect from various people, is that worth the risk?  Not really. 

I've offered the homeless food before and they said no and only wanted money so I just walk away. 

If he has the time to do it good for him. I dont give money no more. Just because majority of them are able bodied.

I do give out a beer if they hang out near the liquor store.  If I lived in a small town or they were near my business. I may do the same.. Get them the hell out.  Cops aren't doing their job.

Saw a young lad pan handeling in the prunedale shopping center yesterday while I sat and ate my lunch. Young blonde white boy. Looked scruffy. People were stopping by giving him starbucks drinks and burgers. Must have saw ten people give him something in a matter of ten to fifteen min. He looked at his watch and started packing up. Walked over to the safeway parking lot were it looked like his mothter waiting for him in a brand new minivan. Looks like she just finished grocery shopping. Van was full of bags. I laughed my ass off thinking to myself. What a bunch of gullable people.

........and then the day after the a hulls xmas party, a half baked fish master walks out to his van and finds all the doors welded shut with a note on the windshield that says......do you even drive bro?
