Looking at the forecast for the next two weeks I am petty sure I am done diving for the year  :smt010, so here is a quick vid of some of my highlights from 2015.

Really enjoyed paddling both the Kraken 15.5 and 13.5 this year, and shooting my Pathos Laser Open Pro 75 and 60 (and even got to use a 90 a few times!).

Underwater highlights for me include:

-Personal Best Cabs of 25 and 25.25 inches
-Two twenty pound Lings (37 and 38 inches), and a handful of 34+ inch ~15 pounders
-37.5 inch Halibut (23.5 pounds, and my 2nd biggest ever)
-My 5th 10 inch Abalone
-27 inch Sheephead (my 2nd biggest ever)
-Personal best bottom times during FII class of 1:45 at 39 feet, and 1:28 at 55 feet
-Personal best depth (after FII class) of 85 feet
-Winning the Top2Bottom2 fundraising tourney and getting the prize Piscean Plaque  :smt003

Above water highlights for me include:

-Coordinating the T2B2 tournament and raising over $1,800 for Stephanie Clark
-Helping coordinate PIF activities that raised almost $22,000 for PAL's son James, Rob102's Dad Jack and future recipients
-Having my Mom and Dad be at the beach when I paddled in with my 23.5 pound halibut
-Paddling my Dad out with us for the PIF Paddle
-Running the Nike Women's 1/2 Marathon with Team Mooch
-Losing and keeping off 40 pounds

Huge thanks to all my dive buddies and friends that I got to share the fun and adventures with!!

 :smt006

Sincerely,

Jim

Stoked for you buddy.....with the limited number of dives you have you improved a ton from a freediving perspective and super proud of you for rocking that depth and bottom time.  I can't wait for you to hit the 30M/100' club. Only 15' to go!!

Next year will be even better I am sure, thanks for all you do for us and the community.

Looking forward to a great Bday dive and crappy Columbus day dive next year  :smt044

Those are some awesome accomplishments for one year and I am sure you will exceed them next year.  As for being done for the year I don't buy that for one second.  You will find a window of opportunity and like a pro you will take advantage of it and come out with one more thing for your list.

Jim, I am always impressed with your diving! Amazing year. More impressive is how much you have given back to the community and how much you help others! Right on man! Thank you for all you do!
