Spaghetti with Shrimp, Abalone , Bacon and Garlic

1 lb shrimp
1/2 lb  julienned abalone meat
1/2 lb diced thick smoked bacon
1 tbspn EVOO
2 tbspns chopped garlic
2 tspns Crushed red pepper flakes
1lb spaghetti
Martillo mix see recipe below
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbspns fresh chopped flat leaf parsley

Martillo Mix

3 parts Lowry’s seasoning
2 parts Garlic powder
2 parts Onion powder
½ part Paprika
½ part Cayenne powder
½ part Kosher salt

In a large frying pan over medium heat cook the bacon until almost crispy.
Add the garlic and sauté for a couple minutes then add the EVOO and shrimp and season with Martillo mix. Continue cooking mixture for about three minutes being careful not to over cook the shrimp. Then add the julienned abalone and sauté for another couple minutes.

Boil the pasta until its al dente, drain and pour over shrimp, ab and bacon mixture.

Add freshly ground black pepper and garnish with freshly chopped Italian parsley and fold into pasta.

Buen Provecho!
