Decided to try some trout fishing up at Ice House this past weekend. Only caught one, but a good time was had.

Got out on the water at 0642 due to a late fishing partner. It was 34 F outside and water temp was 49 F. There wasn't much wind and overall it was a blue bird day. Water was calm and views were awesome.

First and only fish was caught at 0657 while trolling with a cheapo Walmart spinnerbait.

My biggest worry is that my wife(when I'm dead)will sell my fishing gear for what I said I paid for it

Gets the excitement flowing...but makes for a long day after a few hours of no action.
