Hobie-Dave, Scubaluis and I have confirmed camp site reservations. Loose Screwville?
What was the fee for the site or sites for you all ?

The fee is the same as GS9, for RV sites, 45.00 per night for 2 adults. I think last yer they charged 10.00 more per person if anyone else stays on the campground.
Fish n Brew has site 9
HobieDave  has site 10
ScubaLuis   site 11

Remember they only take reservations on the RV sites if you are tent camping is first come, first choice on camp sites.

Leave room for my gear homie!
Everyone knows you have tiny gear so there should be no issues :smt044

Curtis charged us $50 per night for the RV site. He said they're going to charge per person. We have site 13.

Al

They probably charged you extra $5.00 for the dog.

Damn it...  A pug tax.

I forgot to ask, what hook-ups are in the RV sites?

Thanks, Al

Al, they have full hookups.  Electric, water and sewer.  I can't remember if they have Cable TV hookup since I usually spend most of my time there fishing.   :smt003  Also be sure to bring a long extension cord just in case the nearest power terminal doesn't work.  That happened to us there on the 4th of July this year.

Right on!

I encourage everyone to consider this level of commitment.  This is no one day event.

I'm waiting to hear back from a few key potential sponsors and will put up a new registration and info thread in the coming days.   :smt001

Any else having problems getting a camp site?  I've called twice now, was asked if this was for the kayak event, told both times some guy, can't remember his name, would call back on Thursday and never does.

The inns and hotels on the other hand will no doubt sign you right up.

Dilbeck- Mario hotel will be transformed into Shuland at GS10. I would highly suggestion Tides Inn. Better call Eric ASAP! PM Yakhopper!

It's all good Dennis.  Thanks.

We liked Mario's for it's close proximity to the launch ramp and all the other festivities along with it's no frills and affordable prices.

Not even sure now that I'll be able to make it this year.  Will make alternate plans if things work out.  Definitely stopping by though if I get up there.  :smt003

Me and Glen have confirmed sites 11 and 12.

I just got off the phone with Curtis at Shelter Cove and he double book site 11 and he said that he would call you since I paid on 12-15 and you paid on the 12-29 but I said it was OK and I took site # 8, so I am next to Martin.
We will be in the same area.
