ISE Sacramento

I'll be @ ISE Sacramento today and Sunday @ the California Canoe and Kayak Booth...Any NCKA"ers feel free to stop on by and tell the tails of
  " Extream KayakFishing " ..............Danglin

I stopped by the show today and the highlight of the day was meeting Danglin. Talk about a nice guy who LOVES his kayak fishin'..... Danglin, it was great meeting you. Perhaps we can hookup at an event this year.

As far as the show goes, I ignored half the booths because they were about fishing trips or boats, and I don't need either. Learned some tips as the bass demo tank and saw lots of shiny things I'll be putting on my "wish list" like a new baitcasting rod and reel.

I also stopped by the Lowrance booth and the guy looked at me funny when I told him I wanted to put a FF on my kayak.

Don't forget to take a little break to see the show.  I really didn't get a chance to do that last week at the San Mateo show.

Hey ChuckE... Things are going well, brought in my " Seasoned " Outback for display complete with depth finder and live Minnows in the Hobie cooler. Getting tons of attention. Having a fleet of these yaks @ fred hall is going to be a show stopper. There is limited space @ the CC&K booth so I have only a few poster boards up. Lots of pictures and telling people about the site, Also found your book.

Kool thing, Denis Spike is on scene @ the Rancho booth and Tim Crane is about too.

Have to work tomorrow but will be back on Sunday and will get the NCKA propaganda back to ya, Maybe meet @ Walton's next week?....Danglin

Please check on my yak @ the show tomarrow,  there are spare D cell batteries in the BAJA pak of my seat and the "bubbles" machine will probably need them,    poor minnows!!! Sorry Don... I didn't see this post before we went. I did stop by the CCK booth and checked out your boat. It was a very popular display. They had two young ladies with your kayak answering kayak fishing questions the best they could. The NCKA poster board looked great. I noticed CCK had a sign that said Spikes "DVD sold here." So I asked for one. I was told that "here" didn't mean at the show. Told me to stop by the store to buy it. I ordered it online from Spikes site when I got home.

I bought a few Sep's items and a DFG fish ID book. Dad bought a nice Diawa line counter reel for koke trolling.
Also enjoyed visiting with Tote a couple times. Thanks for the side planer advise Mike.

Young ladies with my boat!!???!!! Guess I was in the wroung place...  Ya, I was @ work on Saturday and left the boat for a " scratch and sniff " display, complete with live minnows, which did live. Kieth, the owner of CCK figured out how to switch the batteries.  The boat was a huge hit. I was talking to multiple people all day long, same as Friday. Got to talk to many people about NCKA and we should be seeing some interesting characters very soon. Very kool response from people on this and should just be a precurser to the Fred Hall show. Got to hang with Spike, which was kool to. To bad about the video, it was there, they where just unaware. Spike was down in the other exibit hall with the Rancho Leonaro booth, it's to bad you did not get to get it from him, sorry about that, he'll be here for Fred hall, which should be fun........Fish On!...............Danglin
