Hi Everyone,

I recently joined the forum and wanted to introduce myself. I live in the South Bay and own a couple of Hobie Kayaks, an Adventure and a Sport. I've been into fishing for most of my life and I'm interested in giving kayak fishing a try. I'm in the process of outfitting the Adventure for fishing and am looking forward to learning all I can from this forum.

Welcome Brian!  I'm from the Southbay as well and busy working on rigging my Adventure/AI.  Let me know if you have any questions along the way and I look forward to see you OTW!

WTTM.

I pedal an Adventure and on occasion I even catch a fish from it...
Are you pondering what I’m pondering?

Welcome Brian. It sounds like you already like kayaking and fishing. Combining them is even better!

Thanks for the warm welcome guys. Hoping I can get out on the water soon. I will most likely start off with some fresh water action, but want to go after some rock fish at some point too. I've been out in the bay (alameda) a couple times, but not with a fully rigged for fishing yak. Just need to get usedto my system before venturing out in the big blue.
