I have at least 40# of charcoal & some smoker chips packed already and the bbq.  I'll have it fired up for anyone who wants to use it; Site #24 - right across from the food area.  Also have the propane grill/stove if you need to heat/cook stuff ... or just drop by for a drink!

Bill coordinate with Eric (Texas) and Tim (TW). They are the grill masters for LRC and will know what do do with that.

Mike

Got jerk chicken thighs and drums and 6 diff tri tips dry rubbed and SAUCED!!! yay yay!! Got a assortment of POPPERS and my ceviche prep done!!!! Lets do this!! Ill be up there tomorrow at 3-4!!  What kinda wood chips Bill?

We were bringing a tri tip and a large bowl of pasta salad, however 6 tri tips???  Any suggestions out there?  Could maybe do Johnsonville's and rolls/buns?  I have a small rectangular tailgate weber I can bring,  mostly suited for burgers, dogs but I have cooked small tri tips on it.  Going shopping later this afternoon,  give me a shout out for what's needed!

I have Apple Wood chunks & Mesquite.  If you prefer something different or extra, let me know today & I'll pick it up.  LOTS of grill space on this thing.

Despite being a duplicate to most everything else I see posted I had prepped for a Calico Bean (chili/stew/stuff) & possibly a set of handmade poppers on the grill (might reserve the poppers for Friday night).

Let me know if there is something else you guys need.

Pat, I think there is electricity at the spot near we are doing pot luck, cleaning station I believe. You might need to bring an extension cord but call AB and get the 411 of the distance/ availability.

There is power to the sites opposite the creek so I'm sure we can find you someplace to plugin your fryer.

I'll be doing a small batch of beer batter fish and deep fried abalone Friday. Bring beer

There is power at the dish washing station right next to the big lawn/picnic area. All the sites on the north side have power as well.
Warning! Retiree; Knows it all and has plenty of time to tell you about it.
