Welcome aboard billyk. :smt006 Looking forward to seeing you on the water soon. The more you participate in the tourneys and hookups, the quicker you'll meet a bunch of great folks we have here at NCKA.

Welcome aboard! There's a bunch of good people way more experienced than me. Try the hookups and also just the casual conversation when you're at a launch spot. For instance, I've gone out of Albion (beautiful spot, only $5 bucks for day use) and struck up conversations with guys at the little "ramp" and out on the bay. It seems like everyone is a NCKA member. Same down in Monterey if you talk to guys with their own yaks vs the rental units. Good luck, safe fishing!
