Surprised no one has bought these yet! (I am not selling them, just saw them the other day)

I know I am a crafty guy, I would pick these up in a heart beat, but they are a little overkill for me and the drive from SC to Petaluma would be a long one.. Awesome racks ($500 usually), looks like they just need some love.. Thule warranties their product I am sure you could call them to get any abused parts that these need!

$50 would be worth going to check them out if you live in the area!!

Rust and corrosion would be the primary concern. If not, very good deal for whoever got it.

I still need hullavators but haven't really been looking hard.  I missed the 20 percent off REI sale on Labor Day but may still be interested as long as a pair were the extra large ones that will fit a hobie outback and in decent shape.

Your Outback is 33 in. wide. The Hullavator 897xt that Alain and I have handle kayaks as wide as 34 in. The new Hullavator Pro 898 handles kayaks as wide as 36 inches. I have loaded an Outback on my racks in the past but, for me, it is a beotch to load and unload by myself without another pair of hands or a rolling table underneath the rack and kayak.

I always thought to get a Hobie but they are getting heavier, not lighter and it doesn't help that I am getting older and weaker.  :smt010

Yeah I know the hobies are heavy but it makes up for it on the water.  That's why I stay out all day because I dread putting in back up.
