I think that was a bull sea lion.

That was a big caudal fin!!
I never did like paddling through there.

Awesome video capture!  I came up on an apparent attack once while in my boat, but it didn't have the blood streak in the water like that.

Ah, the island, a favorite dive spot for abs years ago. Eventually I quit going there, got too nervous to enjoy the dive. On the plus side. One less lion.

Sell enough stuff to afford shark shield or say Bahhhh Humbug and go out without.... Man, it sure seems like it's gotten sharkier out there... Anyone want to trade a SS for a VW Jetta?

Peoples reactions on boats are always charged... Couldnt imagine seeing one on the yak. Its like theyre everywhere

Had the grandkids at the beach at Doran last weekend. 

What's the story to go with the vid?  Looks like at least one diver in that boat.
