I bought a large nrs 3mm I'm  5'8 I got the suit when I was 175lbs. It fitted perfect Now im 190 and climbing its what happens when you get into fishing.  It still fits. 

One thing I wish is, the zipper to go all the way down to mid thigh,.,,  Kinda hard to sit and pee in the scuppers without the suit choking the tube. 

Thanks for the input everyone! I'm probably heading to CCK so I can at least try some on before buying.

i wash mine in the machine with a drop of soap and drop of bleach and hang dry

really good build and they stand behind their suit quality if their is an issue
