Kinda winged it last night with some backstraps I had in the freezer from last year. Sautéed in Garlic olive oil started adding fresh green tomatoes from the gareden and chillis. Slow cooked for thirty min or so. Add a can of Kidney and a can of vegall at the end. Came out amazing!! Gonna make burritos with the leftovers tonight in camp.. :smt007

 Looks killer. Why in the hell do you have year old backstraps? That wouldn't last a day in my house.
