Looks like a great post-fishing meal!
When I was in Memphis one time, one of the favorites was biscuits made with bits of raisons and cinnamon dribbled with powdered sugar and milk glaze.

Most of the time I use pilsbury biscuits in the can. My girlfriend made these, and they are so easy and so much better. Down right awesome I tell ya!

Oooooo ....  :fat

Goes to show how much of a fat kid I am. I'm looking at that going "man, that'd be good with a fried egg on top and a nice piece of chicken friend steak alongside." Comes with you choice of juice or coffee, and a headstone.  :smt044

Nice work ! Looks delicious.

I make nearly identical drop biscuits.

I'll use the wild pig or deer burger for mine, but I do everything (gravywise) in the same pan. I'll brown up the meat and melt a stick of butter in it, then turn a small skillet upside down on the back burner and angle the meat skillet up on the smaller skillet in the back and scrape the meat up high and dry so the grease runs down into the bottom side and I can add my flour and whisk it there, slowly add milk and whisk until I lay the skillet flat and mix gravy and meat together.

I don't season and package my burger though because I like to season it as I cook. I like sage, onion powder, tarragon, cayenne and black pepper for breakfast.

That'll be interesting, but I see no reason why it would not only work, but be delicious!

That looks way better than what I bought today:

14' Necky Dolphin, fast and wiggly, no room for anything.
Old Mitchell reel junkie.
