So we are shooting for the area around campground 58/59. If you get there and they are open please leave for tulourney HQ. I will be there this eve and will try to secure them.

So the launch for this will be from the swimming beach?  The one with the roped off area out in front?  Is that also where we need to return to for "weigh in"?

I'll be launching from the boat launch but will meet everyone over there if that's what the deal is.  Also, I'm hearing the "Event HQ" is going to be campsites 58 & 59.  How will that work with parking?  I'm not camping out so I'm not sure that Day Use passes allow parking in the campsite area and even if they do there is very limited parking near the camping areas with the exception of the two spots in front of each campsite.

Would it not be better to hold everything at the boat launch or the swimming beach where there is ample parking for everyone and the covered picnic areas that can be used to set everything up?

We'll find ya a spot.

Ok WX looks awesome, partly cloudy, low 80's with a light breeze. Could it be any better!

The bass will be on the chew for sure... bring some cranks, jerk baits, spinner baits and top water for the morning bite. Water is cooling, the with cloud cover fish will be aggressive, so be aggressive and figure out the pattern asap to take advantage! The word is the Crappie are starting to school up and go deeper off points and sunkin trees. With the water cooling these slabs will also be on the chew. Keep moving and use your sonar. Small jigs and minnows on drop shot or deep slip bobber. Cats will also be hunting, lrg minnows, mackerel or stink baits. Use a slip rig with a weight that keeps you on the bottom.

OK, please remember to download and review the rules and regulations. We don't want any DQ's this event because you didn't read the rules.

Super excited, Jim I'm sure will get a great location for awards and potluck. So bring a dish to share! See ya'll at the lake, it's going to be an awesome weekend.

Also remember we have morning of registration and with low preregistration, your odds of getting a top 3 spot for the TOC look good, plus winning a new kayak! Get you're ass out of bed Sat and get out here!

No ropes at the swim beach right now. Lots of parking there and a short walk to the campsites. Also lots of covered tables.

Yea I would second that, the swim beach area sounds like a great area to hold the ceremony and potluck,  but Jim will make the final call.

Mr. Naoaki, you can crash in my site,(watever one that is), 60 I hope.

Anyone have the low down on camping? Cost per night? Methods of payment? Limits on late check in?
