Rack & Road generally has keys already made.  All you need to know is the lock#.  No universal key ... that's too simple  :smt002

Is the key number not shown on the outside of the lock core?  My old one showed it on the outside of the core.

Darius,
On the outside of the lock, there is a 3 or 4 digit code. Call Thule with this # and they will send you a new set for about $12 + ship.
Well worth it for factory original keys.
Although it does raise the question, how safe is your rack?

True, if anyone can identify the keys code and can order keys like any other whats the point of locking? Thanks!!

So if you want to steal someones rack, all you have to do is go look at the code, and order a set of keys and your all set!  :smt003

But you can also drill out the center with a drill bit as well.  And it only takes some practice to pick those locks too.

Darius, do you still have the little black aluminum box that th keys came in? Mine has a sticker with a three digit# on the bottom that might be the # you are looking for, but I dunno for sure.
