This year has a been a bountiful halibut year for me, and will hopefully only get better moving into August. I've been fortunate enough to see plenty of cool critters (and no scary ones) of which to take video. Combine the two, and voila! A flatfish-themed video has been made.   :smt006

Apparently I wouldn't be very good at diving. I didn't see any of the halibut until after you shot them.

Most of the clips from from SMC and Monterey Bay. The bottom of Tomales Bay looks very barren, with not much structure. I much prefer diving eel grass/cobble stone. Tons of cool critters to see.
