She is actually partying it up in new orleans now. Should get some guilt free fishing in this week. Yes ! 

It's hard to keep track of who won what, when there's 60+ prizes and you're yelling/announcing at the top of your lungs because it's so windy. We need to get a mini PA microphone next year. But we did keep track of prizes won by people who were not there. Jim has those items and I believe he already sent messages to those people. People who won prizes should probably try to acknowledge or thank the companies/people who donated their items.

After 6 years, I finally won something: a tackle box that was donated by JD's Gone Fishing tackle shop in Sand City (acquired by Trianglelaguna). But I only won because the person whose name was originally pulled decided to graciously pay it forward, Eric Stockwell aka LoletaEric. He indicated that he simply wanted to help the cause and spread the love by paying fwd anything he won. That's karma! And then I won a 10" ab gauge from Red Triangle Spearfishing! Thank you Matt & Suzie.

Been real busy!!

The grand prize kayak was won by a Watsonville local Freddy Torres!

Freddy is not an NCKA member but he has attended and paddled in several PIF events, takes family and friends out fishing and kayaking quite frequently on a ghetto Costco Tandem that he has owned for years, and bought $200 worth of tickets via PayPal the night before the event!!!

He will for sure put the kayak to great use!!
