Should we set a cutoff time for paypal tix? I would suggest 9am on 7/18. No more paypal tix after that. Because it would suck if someone bought tix at like 3pm after the raffle was already over, etc.

It's never been an issue...I had Pablitos mom buying em while we were out on the water last year  and I checked phone up until right before raffle and made sure I had all tix made out....

Maybe like 1pm? Make an announcement there as well in case anybody wants some and doesn't have cash?
