Could you explain the rudder issue?  If the blade needs replacing, it shouldn't cost more than $20.

It's just the blade, I've replaced it twice before. Online it's like $20, but if you want to replace it without waiting to have it mailed, Adventure Sports charge $30 which can be negotiated as well.
