Ok.... Now we are in a dry spell

Its happening all over the state. I just got off the phone with our plumber that takes care of our rentals in san diego. he has gotten a number of complaints from tenants about the water pressure being unusually low. a few phone calls to other plumbers and they conclude that its not a plumbing problem but the water source. still cost me $160 but at least we know now that the city is doing it.
