Hey! Eric,
I got a little concern just a little after you launched. I was up on a Hill looking for you through my binoculars when the wind picked up and didn't see you out there! But i knew you probably seen the up coming wind so you probably got the heck out of there! So, did you get any fish? Anyways it was really nice to meet you and hope to share some water with you some day! Welcome to the Madness...

Yes, the wind picked up a lot once I got out there. I was stubborn though. I didn't come back until about 3...with zero Halibut. I got a few rock fish, but I let those go.

You know its bad when those waves are breaking on top of you in a Hobie lol. I came back soaked with my pride in tow, gave the unused squid and anchovies to a few fellow yakers about to launch, and went home.

I just know the next few days will be perfect for fishing.
