Consumnes preserve regulations

Is the preserve barbless hooks only? It says barbless on the river between 99 and Latrobe bridges but I'm not sure if the preserve falls in between there.

The portion of the Cosumnes River that lies in the CRP is Closed to the take of salmon but is not barbless for other species.
