Yes, Lake California, spawn is over and they are hungry, brush hog is the ticket, have caught several over 20" the last few days, had one bigger on then in the picture, I was in one of the fingers of the lake he turned the kayak and started pulling me out to main part of lake but I didn't land it, came way out of the water and spit the hook, I have heard rumors of 10 lb. bass, headed out again now to see if I can find one.  :smt003
