Santa Barbara/Lopoc Memorial Day Weekend

I know it's outside of the usual Norcal territory but I'll be down there with the Hobie, gear and family this weekend. Anyone else planning to be in the area? It would be great to meet up. Planning to try for some rock fish, lings and WSB if things line up. Got into some nice juvenile WSB and calicos when I was down there in December.

Don't go to Refugio state beach or nearby they just had a huge oil spill.  I'd try Jalama if the swell is small.  Or head up to Montana De Oro near Moro Bay.
