Looking to do some fishing Saturday the weather and swell look to be dying down.

Looking to fish Pigeon Point this Saturday if anybody wants to join. The weather and swell look to be dying down and this will be the first time fishing since I broke my toes and ankle. I have been jonesing and I believe that the fishing gods will shine. Today was my first day wearing a shoe on my foot in 7 weeks, life is good again and I am out of fish

Well I had a great 3 hours of fishing at Pigeon Point. Got there around 7:45 and looked at the water, a little swell, no wind and two guys paddling out already. So with my bad ankle and foot I lugged my kayak down the stairs and was on the water. Ended up catching two capezone and 3 lings, 26" 27" and 28 inches. Ran in to Golfish and Bing, nice seeing you again Golfish and thanks for the help with my kayak back up the stairs Bing. Sure was nice to be back on the water again and to have some good fights.

Hey Steve, nice seeing you again. Glad you were finally able to get a little water therapy. Weren't you at BH when we had an impromptu group and a guy hooked a ling, set the hook, high sticked it and went straight off his kayak into the water? He didn't let go of the rod and somehow made it back in yak and then the ling came off, LOL, good times! I can't remember who else was there.

the foot is good, a little stiff but working it out. I'm still supposed to be in the walking boot but haven't used it for days. See the doc Wednesday.

Bing offered to help me carry it back up the stairs, normally I would decline but I couldn't refuse the help. Thanks Bing
