Monterey this weekend.... 29th anniversary trip. NO FISHING OR TALKING FISHING

I get to take my sweetheart of 29 years out for a long weekend being tourists in monterey. NO fishing talk, NO FISHING GEAR, all my attn focused on her, 100% engaged.... So if you see us and we seem to be a little stand offish. It's because I'm trying NOT TO GO RENT A YAK AND PADDLE OUT INTO THE BAY Love that woman like a teenager still! We're getting older, but she is still 18 to me. Thanks Carrie Vonasek McGuire for hanging out with me all this time. Seems like so little time has passed.  Still love her as much and so much more now. She does like beer battered ling though... Fryer going to be at MBK tourney??? (though I won't be talking about fishing, we will probably make it over to chill a bit... Veterans Memorial park thurs- sun... Hide your bacon 'cause if we smell it, we might come a moochin!!!!!

That's great Ron. My 10-year Anny is coming up...couldn't imagine what it's gonna be like in 19 more years!
But let me know if you need anything last minute or suggestions etc.

Will bring you some vegies or something to toss in there and soak up the taste of fresh fried fish. 

That's why I'm not married, don't think I could handle the torture. Good on you Ron being a good husband and refraining from anything fishing related. You're a stronger man than I. I'd be like.....

So who is bring the extra yak for Ron to use while is wife gets her nails done and a massage?

Fried lingcod would make her a very happy gal!!! I'm ok with the no fishing thing... Going to act the part of dumb tourist (not much of an act ) And fill that WAF account to the top! Kayaks I got.... WAF account a bit flat right now though. All about priorities

You guys should set Ron up a table for two on the beach and serve up some fish and chips for his anniversary..... 

Would be honored to serve him up anything I catch.  Ron is a hell of a guy, and his wife is as good as they come!
