Sea Lion attacks

No more taking pictures anywhere near the water!

Dang. That's caused by a couple factors, 1. Sea lions being more comfortable with ppl and 2. Less available live food.

Good thing turned out ok.

This guy was indeed lucky. he could have hit his head on the way over. Glad it all turned out OK.

If a mountain lion attacked a tourist taking pictures how would the authorities respond? Lions have too much good PR image.

Not to sure if its sameone but theres videos all over youtube of the furbags taking fish from people everytime charters come in harbor around San Deago... this time someone got bit! 

I'm sort of skeptical, don't buy the story hook line sinker . . .

And yeah, i'm familiar with the famous pinniped that steals fish from angler with the boat in da slip

 

I have seen a sea lion out in the Montezuma Slough on several occasions.  I'm always a little weary about stringing up my catch.  Those are some sneaky little bastards.

yeah they hang around Bodega Harbor behind Lucas Wharf. That keeps me away from that spot but I know there must be some big ass Perch hiding in the pilings back there
