Im going to steam a bunch of sweet corn again. 

I'll bring kielbasa sausage.

Ill bring something, not sure what yet, and you can put me down for cleanup or setup, wherever you need people most. Will also donate Fridays catch to the taco station. 

Frog Legs...as usual.  Maybe  a huge  mixed green  salad for balance and fiber. Oh..add a smoked steelhead jalapeño cream cheese  ball as an appetizer.

I'll bring a giant bowl of fresh melons/fruit salad.

Planning for a healthy alternative of deep fried Buffalo Wings...incl. blue cheese, carrots/celery.   

No tofu wings allowed lady!

Thanks Kiel.. Last year we served about 525 tacos. So we are gonna need lots of tortillas

Lol sorry for the miscommunication...I was trying to be funny to no avail! These will be deep fried chicken wings...and hot. They will not be healthy...unless you consider peanut oil healthy.
