I'm going to bring Ambrosia. Also known as five cup salad. It is one of my favorite thanksgiving dishes.

I'd also like to know if there is interest in doing a group oyster bake. My baby Q does a pretty good job on oysters. I'm thinking Friday night, but I open to other possibilities. Let me know if you want to buy in so I can figure how many to get.

If you need a place to plug in a rice cooker, Hobie-Dave and I have sites 9 & 10.  We have full hook-ups and can provide the electricity.  Look for my Roadtrek or Dave's Aerocruiser.

I'd like to get in on that.  A dozen for me please.  Where are you setting up?  I'm in RV site #7 and have a Baby Q as well.

I'm down for a dozen. I can pick up a case here if you need and you can use my UDS.

This is my first time so I figured to decide where to do it after I'm up there. We can set up anyplace that works for whatever group joins us. I am guessing a campfire might be good. We are tent camping so I don't know what kind of a site we will end up with.

PS. What is the UDS?

We won't have a problem finding a place to cook. I'll be camped in Disneyland, family friendlier NW corner of the campground near Cajun. But we can set up anywhere.

I will make 20lbs of homemade hot wings, but I won't make them too spicy for anyone, unless everyone wants super duper spicy!

If someone has a preference for smoke we can do that also. I hope we can get some different hog washes for variety.

im gonna set up the tacoshack and make a shitload of fish tacos. If some people want to contribute rockfish fillets, that would be very helpful and greatly appreciated.

I will donate a full limit of ling and rockfish from the day before.

Just ordered a;

http://www.amazon.com/Eastman-Outdoors-Portable-Adjustable-Removable/dp/B003GISCDK/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1430590427&sr=1-1-catcorr&keywords=Eastman+Outdoors+Kahuna+propane+stove

Always wanted a single burner camp stove for large pot cooking and for brewing beer. Now I can say I will be making (bacon flavored) smothered collards. The collards are from my garden. Just need somewhere to set up the burner near the end of the racetrack (dinner table).
