My daughter Ari is 2 years old, if she wants to do this it sounds like there will be shirts for kids? Did I read that right?

Kids print free, Victor, but we haven't hooked up on any kids' shirts, unfortunately.  I believe Brandi has some flags, so it's either that, butcher paper or an adult small (contingent on availability).  Maybe find a shirt or two in her wardrobe to turn into a Gyo?...

2 year old Gyotaku Master - I want pics.   :smt001

Thanks for the clarification re: no kids size gyotaku shirts, just small gyotakus.  We do have blank kids size though :)  I don't think I have any flags left but will bring any if I have some.  Of course, everyone is welcome to bring their own stuff to print on!!  2 yr old, I will make sure there is photos taken!!  and of all of those participating too   :groupwave

Last year was the first ever where I managed to make it to the Gyotaku printing - doing the scoring has always kept me pegged all afternoon.  I was so impressed and pleased with what Brandi has done, and this year she's even more on it.

Brandi - Thank you so much for making the GS Gyotaku so awesome!   :smt008

I encourage GS participants to check it out, and even if you don't participate, please make a point of watching how the process reflects the efforts I'm referring to.

One of my overall goals this year is to print a fish.   :smt001

Kudos to Brandi, the Gyotaku Extravaganza was super! Her helpers rocked, kids (and adults) had fun and made beautiful prints.

Next several posts are a few of the photos from the Gyotaku Extravaganza. I will upload all photos captured by my stellar volunteers later this week to a NCKA photo folder and will provide the link.

I'm now disappointed I missed it. I didn't know what a Gyotaku was before. Next year if it's on again I will definitely participate!
Thresher in avatar and Soupfin Shark in signature both caught and pic taken by me.

That is just AWESOME!
