POTLUCK - Rollins Lake Round-Up 4/18

The wife will be making oriental chicken noodle salad and a cinnamon rum cake to share. Good stuff!

Stand by, but looking like Nacho bar or pork/chicken Tamales... anyone care for one over the other??? See ya all there How many people are we expecting to stay for pot luck? Need to determine how much to bring. What time is the potluck? 1:30-2ish???

I'll be making fish tacos again Friday night. Will bring soda, ice, and cups for sat.

Awards will begin shortly after the potluck starts. I'm thinking 3PM at the latest. Awards and raffle should take about an hour or so.

James, I plan on deep frying lingcod Friday night and making fish tacos w/ mango salsa, chile sauce, and other sauces to go with. But we can do it again Sat as well. Fish fry at my site Friday night everyone...I don't have a site yet but just follow your nose and that will lead you to me

Someone please make some crappie, I have never tried it and would love to try it.
