Well done, people like this that do bad business and waste our time need to be exposed to prevent buyers from having the same bad experience.

I usually dont buy stuff from ebay stores for this reason.I usually try to buy form someone with 500 feedbacks or less.but yes there are alot of dirt bags like this.but ebay got grade a customer support.

Just got a message on my answering machine from the owner of the company.
He said he will refund my postage if I remove the video and HE offered an apology.
I'll email him later tonight.
We'll see what happens....
So the question is:
Remove now?
Remove after refund has been issued?

Remove after. No apology.

I say .... don't remove ... just add an edit at the end that states they made good after extensive persuasion to follow their own guidelines.

I had looked a few months ago at buying a bow from them.  Glad I didn't pull the release trigger.  For sure won't now ... or in the future.

Haven't called yet, but did just get $43.10 refund from them in my PayPal account today. 

Since you had to go through that extra effort for something that they state they would honor.

I say leave it on there as long as it took you to get your refund.

Did I read correctly that the seller asked you for an apology?  Seems like it should be the other way around!?!
