Landing Net Repair

So with RCG and salmon openers just around the corner, I finally got around to getting my fishing gear ready for another season. In the process, I found tears in 2 of my landing nets.  I found tutorials for repairing nets. But where can I buy black polyethylene twine to make the repairs?

Is the twine the same as promar crab trap material ?

They look and feel the same.

Then I have some from the traps. Not a whole lot, but I believe it's enought just for repair.
