Wanted: Alameda Estuary Launch

I probably won't even bring a fishing pole, I just wanted to paddle up and down the Estuary.  I've launched from the Oakland side, I wondered if there is a good Alameda side launch. Thanks

grand street boat launch easy as pie
paddle is 5mi to the mouth of the estuary going west go south and its 2.5 mi to San leandro bay

get off on 23 av go over the park street bridge make the 2 right on Clement go all the way to grand make a right

Thanks for the info.  I explored the area a long time ago and was curious what changes have been made.
