Lodi Lake Big Bass Challenge!

April 11th is our first annual Kayak Festival at Lodi Lake. We will have Demos, Music, food and wine. In conjunction with this event we decided to have a Bass Derby on Lodi Lake and the Mokelumne River. Here is the Deal.

RULES:
This is a Catch Photo and Release Tournament. If you don't have a measuring device you can buy one from the shop for $20.
All fish must be caught from a paddle or pedal powered vessel. IE: Paddle Board, Kayak, Pedal Kayak. No Sails or trolling motors allowed. Must use artificial lures, no live bait.
Launch at any time. Check in is at 3:00 and winners will be announced at 4:00PM.
Only the biggest fish counts. So go Big or Go HOME!
First Place Big Bass is a $250 Gift Card to Headwaters Kayak shop
Second Place Big Bass is a $150 Gift Card to Headwaters Kayak Shop
Third Place Big Fish is a $100 Gift Card to Headwaters Kayak Shop.
This is a free event.

I may just have to make a showing if I can remember how to fish for bass.
