Been away from NCKA with the baby and all but things are finally settling down. Really enjoy helping out a fellow vet and I'm most def in for this one. Jack, you need help in the kitchen? I could do some pork tacos again or something similar? Some of my guys from my shop and my wife are also interested in helping out if you guys have anything for them.

So far it seems like I've filled my car up with personal vet friends and there is another ride being filled. All coming from sac area. And I should be bringing my personal yak to help guide.

Dumb question, we still getting there at or around sunrise?

I'll be there waiting on the gate to be opened.  If no one else is around early I'll just go catch a few fish to start the day off!

I'll bring it, this event is on the small side so not a big deal, still need waivers signed though, that's how we show numbers and those are important.

these waivers are always on a sticky on top the HOW thread if anyone would like to fill them out in advance or need them for a event.

Gates open around 7am, but take your time, we'll be there close to gates open, but it's casual…

  kayakJack, what's the plan, with volunteers and participants, around 20 to 25, plus passers by, etc..,, Saturday will have more people around….

we could keep this more simple so ya don't have to bring the kitchen, what do you think?

Well i am definitely open to suggestions. Especially ones that don't involve packing the galley. What do you have in mind? order pizza? cold cut platters?

Cold cuts for lunch sounds easy and great.... Potato salad? Chips and soda? Breakfast though... Anyone have a Pastry connection? Hot chocolate/coffee?

I've got that frozen cooked turkey 12lbs… 10 hotdogs and 4 brats, bread and fixens…  continue on that, and something simple for breakfast snackish… I'll have coffee, have some breakfast bars…

I think ya can leave the kitchen home this time and i'll bring the HOW tables, they also might set up some picnic tables for us, but it will be a bit busier on a Saturday… we just need a small BQ to do up dogs...
