Octopus

Went out and caught an octopus.  So Big Jim previously told me how to prep it if I ever got one so that's a start. 

The question I have is if I want to freeze some do I cut chunks off and freeze or prep like Jim said and then freeze.  Any ideas. 

Also going to Heros Event on Friday so if anyone else who is going wants a chunk let me know so I can portion it up appropriately.

I'ver frozen before prepping and it is fine. I would just divvy it up into the portions you want and freeze.

I'm assuming it took the baited hook attached to the rope at the top of the trap on your combo crab trap/hand line?
