This summer I went to a few NCKA tournaments and notice guys had their own personal "Prison Trays", for lack of a better term, for the pot lucks! I won't lie, was pretty envious, :smt012 as I was eating out of a paper plate that was falling apart. lol. :smt010

Ok guys, give it up, where can I get some Prison Trays!? :smt005 :smt005

I have bought some from Amazon before.  Here's the ones I have ordered:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MN577II/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

They are ok ... the '3-star' review is MY review of them on Amazon.  I wish they were a little thicker metal but the price was ok to me for what I received.  They do, I think, have better ones that cost more.  I'm going to order some cafeteria trays to put under them I think.  Don't get me wrong ... they are stiff enough to hold up to a "reasonable" heap of food! :smt003

Just use a whole sheet baking pan. Larger. Cheap. Heavy Duty.

I'll look into the baking pan vs. cafeteria tray to go under the mess hall plate.  The plastic caf. trays run about $6/each & less in 6-12pc set (bulk).  The baking pans might be a good solution too.

I got mine from amazon. Still shiny after a year of use. Made of heavy gauge stainless steel. You can use it to knock somebody out. Comes in handy in a prison brawl. :smt044

That's where I got mine and they are heavy duty, not very shinny but weigh like 2lbs. each. Plus its a cool and funky store. The trays appear to have done actual 'hard time".
