I love smoking smoking!

I've had all kinds of smokers over the years. I've had the drum style, the bullet style. Electric, charcoal, wood. Never a gas though. When you get down to the basics you just need something to heat the wood to it's smoking point. Right now I have a small, electric Smok'in-it smoker.

I posted a recipe for Wolf Turds. I smoked meats, fish, made jerky. I even smoked a duck last year.

Much like kayaking it's addictive! Spices, rubs, sauces, woods. You will dream about these things. LOL
