Yellowstone Lake Expedition: Slide Show at Headwaters Lodi

This past summer our shop sponsored a group of paddlers who spent 14 days kayaking, camping and fishing on Yellowstone Lake in the heart of Yellowstone National Park. They trolled and caught giant lake trout, fly fished the rivers, and braved big winds and huge chop. This trip to loads of planning, logistics, permits and dedication. Tony Ackenheil was the brains behind the trip. He documented the trip with photos and videos and would like to share it will all of you. So come by the shop Friday Feb 6th and bring a chair. What an awesome experience that must have been! I have some amazing childhood memories of fishing that lake for cuts and lake trout. Yellowstone is the strangest and most beautiful place on planet earth IMHO. Wish I could make it to the slideshow.
