Paging Santa Cruz area people. I agree, nice price if it still has a sound hull. Close inspection seems to be in order if it has been stored as pictured.

Seller says he patched a small crack one of the scupper holes, and one of the rudder lines snapped. Everything else is good. Said someone is going to check it out today but still available.

Cracks in scupper holes can be difficult or impossible to plastic weld depending on their location.
