Lake Sonoma Water Clarity.

Anyone been up to lake sonoma lately? I was wondering if it is still muddy from the rainstorms last month?

Was there last weekend and water was still real muddy.

Dave I was at the mouth of Dry Creek today and the water coming out of the creek was pretty muddy.

I was there Friday. yes it is still muddy.

My buddy was there today hog hunting up by Yorty Creek and sent me photos . It was MUDDY ! Like coffee with too much cream.

went with a buddy couple weeks ago, right after the rain, his boat began overheating and we had to cut the trip short. turns out there was a lot of lil debris in the thermostat.

Not sure about the lake but yesterday Dry creek had ZERO viz.

I checked it out Sunday and the lake was mud brown, could only get glimpses of fins from the steelies at the hatchery even in the holding areas.

Still real muddy. More than most years I can remember. Even back at the creeks. Those couple big storms really dumped a lot of mud into the lake. A lot of erosion around the lake.
