Hobie Rubber Mesh Stowage Pocket Install

I just put them on.  Will see how they perform on the field.  I don't care for old ones that get snagged all the time.

Looks great Mel. After one year of use mine are all jacked up.  I think I might get some for my revo.

Bought my own net replacement material.  Have been making my own for 2 years now.

Where do you get the material?

I think it was one of the major net mfgrs.  It is readily available.  There is even a video from an Ausie kayaker on how to do it.
One large net replacement will give you enough material to do many, many pockets, and even add an extra pouch like I did on my Adventure.  Sorry, the Revo pict. is upside down.

Hobie should have come up with this material a long time ago.  The new one expands out about an inch to allow for every extra storage space. 

My old mesh pocket got messed up after I was trying to unhook a trout.
It shook its head the threw a rapala hook into the old mesh which was pain to take out.

Very nice, I'll have to put those on the to-do list. 

I wonder if these would fit the side pockets on my 09 Revo? Because I hate the nylon material that's on there now...hooks love it though.

Pat, They should fit good. No changes have been made to the pockets. I will check tomorrow for you on my old Revo to let you know for sure.
