This entire process feels like York is waist deep in the bargain DVD bin at Best Buy struggling to find a romantic comedy for Baalke. All of this upheaval so that that Jed and Trent can have a cozy, comfortable work environment ? Good grief.

Niners are starting to look like the Raiders. What's next - Jamarcus?

Maybe he was tight lipped in this video because Kiffen was such a hot candidate?  So if this doesn't end well, will we see Kiffen taking over?

Jed York and Baalke (sp?) brought Harbaugh to the Niners. If they don't fix it this go around I have faith that they will fix it eventually.

I get what you're saying. Its just difficult to rationalize letting a coach leave who has been massively successful everywhere hes been to create this cozy little circle of nobodies and pushovers so that gets along around the water cooler. Hope its not true, but I think the biggest problem in this team's management is still there.

The toothpaste was already out of the tube this season though. When you're coming of three NFC Title game appearances and are hearing reports in August that you will be fired either way at season's end, hard to think that things are going to progress well.

Harbaugh was being courted by half a dozen other teams before accepting the Niners offer and coming to SF.  Aside from misspelling something on the check, their wasn't much for Jed to screw up.

If Greg Roman had continued to OC under Harbaugh, they would have continued to struggle moving forward. No matter who the HC is, if Kaepernick continues to backslide, they will continue to struggle. He is the key to making the whole offense go.

Maybe he was so tight lipped because he has no idea and wont know who the OC is until Baalke tells him. Not the kind of reassurance fans were hoping for in a first glimpse, that's for sure.
