Salmon and Steelhead Habitat Loss in California's Central Valley (NOAA)

Here's a link to a NOAA site about the history of dams and salmon habitat loss in CA. Scroll on the left and the slide show on the right follows (it's not that clear at first). The mapping of watersheds before/after dams is pretty sad. Progress of man.
