Downtime Begins!

I was not able to take advantage of the weather opening these couple of days so my 2015 gear prep begins.   Got a new Dexter 6" boning knife for $10 from Cash and Carry Warehouse.  Got a new Japan made 240/1000  grit ceramic stone for $40 from Tokyo Fish Market.  Got all my fish knives and household stuff and gave the hand a light workout.

Got a bunch of fish for Sashimi New Years night at Tokyo Fish
So had to hone my dexter sashimi slicer.

Not easy at all, sharpening knifes is rather frustrating for most but now is the time to do it.

Tokyo fish was a mad house today, I waited in the car for my better half to go in for beer and sake.
