I was not able to take advantage of the weather opening these couple of days so my 2015 gear prep begins. :smt010  Got a new Dexter 6" boning knife for $10 from Cash and Carry Warehouse.  Got a new Japan made 240/1000  grit ceramic stone for $40 from Tokyo Fish Market.  Got all my fish knives and household stuff and gave the hand a light workout.

Not easy at all, sharpening knifes is rather frustrating for most but now is the time to do it.

Tokyo fish was a mad house today, I waited in the car for my better half to go in for beer and sake.

Enjoy the sharp knifes!

Cheers,
