There are no counselors or any organizations with this event…

this was all telephone invite or by word of mouth and their all coming on their own...

when should I pull the frozen stuff out of the freezer and do we need the frozen cooked turkey?  about 12lbder..

Wish I could have joined you guys, but I have a scheduling conflict. I'll keep my eyes and ears tuned in for the next event. Hope everything lines up and goes smoothly.

 We might be able fry up a little duck meat on the side. I just don't have enough experience cooking duck to change the menu on the fly. Maybe if we brought in a specialist like Montana. So if GB2 isn't coming,we won't be having chili-mac so does any body want to make a homemade side dish for 30 ?

I don't have any time at all this week Jack. I barely have the time to get to the event.
