This was excellent! You can add your own flare, but here is the basics, and this will work for any bird, but especially pheasant!

Live your life, the way you want to be remembered. Don't have any regrets, we only get this one dance to make it count. Start at your eulogy, and work backwards.

If you are observant, you will see my rice jar was refilled in the pictures! I made some rice and served this over rice, and oh baby........ :smt007

Mmmm. I'd love me some stew right now.

I have a couple rabbits in the freezer.  Would it work with them?

Yes it will. I would cut the rabbit into pieces and treat like......ditch chicken!  :smt044

Again, this is just the basics. You can add a can of kidney, pinto, black, or garbanzo beans, corn, etc to add to the stew. Another fun thing is a really good sausage cut into pieces. Nugget has the terriyaki pineapple sausage that would have been great in this. Linguica is always a great additive too. Go wild!
