Pheasant leg quarter stew

Yes it will. I would cut the rabbit into pieces and treat like......ditch chicken! 

Again, this is just the basics. You can add a can of kidney, pinto, black, or garbanzo beans, corn, etc to add to the stew. Another fun thing is a really good sausage cut into pieces. Nugget has the terriyaki pineapple sausage that would have been great in this. Linguica is always a great additive too. Go wild!
