Good morning everyone,

Hope this isnt a bother, but i just had some question on finding the right fish finder. Im currently interested in the Lowrance elite 4 hdi and would like to know if there a big difference in the 83/200 and 50/200 transducer? Any opinions and recommendation would be helpful.

Thanks in advance

Bay & ocean, for the most part 83/200 would be acceptable for shallower bay/ocean.  If you are deeper bay/ocean, say, 150'+ most/all of the time, then I'd say 50/200.
